    Potassium Chloride Food Grade

    1. Chemical Name:Potassium Chloride
    2. Molecular Formula: KCL
    3. Properties: Colourless prismatic crystal or cube crystal or white crystalline powder, odourless, taste salty, easily soluble in water, soluble in glycerine, slightly soluble in ethanol; relative density 1.987, melting point 773℃.
     

    4. Quality Standard: FCC-IV, QB2544-2002
    5. Applications:Potassium chloride can be used as nutrition supplement agent, gelling agent, salt substitute, yeast food. Potassium chlide is similar to edible salt, which can be used as flavour enhancer of agricultural products, livestock products, fermentative products, condiments, can food, fast food and so on. It can also be used in sports drinks for providing potassium(the electrolyte human body needs).

    6. Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as liner, and a compound plastic woven bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
    7. Storage and Transport:  it should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from water moisture and hot.

    8. Shelf life:two years
